The story revolves around a man named David Riggs who is the CEO of a company called "Crescent". His wife is also an accountant and they had three children; however, their life has been turned upside down when their youngest daughter was diagnosed with cancer. It is then that David receives an order from his son, John Riggs, to travel to Alaska to find his sister and to find the source of her cancer.
