In this article, I will discuss about the composer, Brahms: The Boy II. In the film, he plays the role of a man who is very experienced in the field of opera. In this movie, he sings several songs which are intended to represent the events that happened in his life during his adolescence. It also showcases his love for his younger sister.
The story of the film of Brahms: The Boy II begins when his father, the musician, dies. He is therefore adopted by his sister. This includes both his brother and her two older brothers. Due to the legal complications involved, they are forced to live apart.
After his sister gives birth to a baby boy, the piano player, Friedrich, becomes jealous of the fact that Brahms is now a prince and wants to separate the two siblings. They are thus taken to the court of King George III. Unfortunately, the actors were no match for their role as actors in an opera so they have to be led to the stage to perform as the King's servant, the King's boy.
After a difficult time, Brahms and his sister are reunited, and they eventually leave for Paris, where he is drafted into the army as a male after his sister gave birth to a daughter. The story goes on to show him being deployed overseas with the French Army.

The title implies that the concert is about the death of his sister. It is considered one of the greatest operas ever written, mainly because of the wonderful music that was played by the singer, Marcel Gluck.
